No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, personal growth, business success or performance with respect to the services offered.

All intellectual property rights in developed by the Coach ("Pre-existing IP"), whether before or after your use of the Services, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Coach. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or proprietary rights in the Coach or content.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By availing the Services or accessing the Website, you agree that you shall not:

  • Copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content or sessions without written permission,
  • Upload or transmit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable material, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay.com or otherwise stated.
  • Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or alter any service at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims received for any loss, damage due to modifications, price changes, or discontinuation of services

10. Refund

Refunds if applicable, shall be as per the Refund and Cancellation Policy as specified on the Website.

The Coach reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to operational or force majeure reasons. In such cases, reasonable alternatives may be offered at the Coach's discretion.

The Website may integrate or link to third-party services including but not limited to payment gateways, video platforms, online marketplaces. Your use of those third-party services shall be governed by their respective terms of use and privacy policy, etc. The Coach is not responsible for the content, availability, functionality or practices of these third-party services and are not liable for any issues arising from their use.

14. Portfolio Rights and User Content

You agree to grant the Coach the right to list your or your organisation name, logo in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials, etc. If you submit or share any content (including testimonials, feedback, or comments), you grant the Coach a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law. This data shall be stored, retained and withdrawn as per the terms of the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.

15. Survivability

Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary herein, terms, which by their nature survive termination or expiration of this Agreement, shall survive the termination/expiry of this Terms.

16. Force Majeure

The Coach shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of god, pandemics, government actions, technical failures, or network outages, etc.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai.
