Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Refund Policy") governs all purchases made on www.thecoach.co.in (the "Website"), operated by The Coach ("we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing or accessing any service, program, workshop or product, you ("User" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund Policy.

2. General Rule

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website for a specific session or workshop, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling of any service, workshop or session may be permitted at the sole discretion of the Coach
• Requests for rescheduling must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled session.
• No rescheduling is permitted for last-minute cancellations or no-shows by the User.

4. Cancellation by User

In the event cancellation is permitted (as specified for a specific session or workshop on the Website), such cancellation must be requested at least forty-eight (48 ) hours before the scheduled session.

5. Cancellation by the Coach

In the event, a session or workshop is postponed or cancelled by the Coach, Users may be offered, at the sole discretion of the Coach:

• An alternative date, or
• Access to a recorded or substitute session, or
• Refund amount as specified for the specific session or workshop on the Website

6. Refund Processing Timeline

In the event a User is eligible for a refund,

• Such refunds will be initiated within five (5) to seven (7) working days from the date of confirmation of refund eligibility;
• The refunded amount shall be credited to the original payment method used by the User at the time of purchase;
• Refunds shall be processed in accordance with the terms and timelines of the applicable third-party payment gateway, and any delay caused by such third-party service providers shall not be attributable to or the responsibility of the Coach;
• Website shall not be liable for delays or failure in order processing due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or any third-party platforms.
• The actual credit of the refund amount may vary and is subject to the User's bank's processing timelines.
