Our mind is our own worst enemy and it is governed by programs that have been installed, by our parents and the environment that we grew up in. These programs have almost complete control over the decisions that we make.

And the one thing that our brain understands very well is FEAR. It is designed to keep us alive and safe and will stop us from doing things that are new, challenging and out of our comfort zone.

  • I absolutely love your workshops. This is the second one I have attended - the first one was the vision board one at the start of the year. For this particular workshop - RYB I loved how you had a science based approach where the workshop blended neuroscience with practical exercises, making complex concepts easy to understand and instead of vague advice, I was left with clear steps to rewire negative thought patterns.
